PlayStation had a huge night, unveiling Metal Gear Solid, Ghostrunner 2, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Alan Wake 2, and Dragon’s Dogma 2. While it may seem these games would be exclusive to PlayStation, that’s not the case. Xbox announced in a cheeky tweet that 12 of the showcased games are also coming to Xbox platforms, along with PlayStation or PC.
The announced games include Dragon’s Dogma 2, Marathon, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Immortals of Aveum, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Alan Wake 2, Teardown, The Talos Principle 2, The Plucky Squire, Ghostrunner 2, Neva, and Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean.
Interestingly, Bungie’s new PvP extraction shooter, Marathon, is launching on Xbox, despite Sony’s recent acquisition of the studio for $3.6 billion. Some PlayStation exclusives include Final Fantasy 16 and Spider-Man 2, but it’s possible that these titles could eventually find their way to Xbox consoles.
